Refund policy

Emegabox, operated by Vantagem Linear LDA, is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before dispatch.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched → full refund
  • If the order has already been dispatched → cancellation is not possible

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European Union legislation, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • In the original packaging
  • In perfect condition for resale
  • With proof of purchase

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Eligible Products

We do not accept returns of:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging

5. Return Costs

  • If the return is at the customer’s discretion →

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect →
  • 👉 costs borne by Emegabox

6. Return Process

Before returning any product, the customer must contact:

Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the product:

  • A confirmation email will be sent
  • The refund will be processed via the original payment method
  • Timeframe: up to 5–10 working days

8. Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

9. Damage and Issues

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
