Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 2.00 pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
All times are based on Lisbon (Portugal) time.
For security reasons, we may carry out additional checks on some orders, which may cause slight delays.
We reserve the right to make partial shipments, without prejudice to the obligation to pay the full amount of the order.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer different shipping options within Europe.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:
- destination
- weight/volume
- selected shipping method
The final shipping cost will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
3. Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
You can track your order online and will receive email updates on the delivery status and estimated delivery date.

All products are shipped under a contract of carriage.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
